Resultados analíticos
A continuación se presentan los resultados analíticos realizados antes, durante y después de la aplicación de la mencionada terapia. Todas estas analíticas se realizaron en los Laboratorios Dres. Montoro, uno de los más importantes laboratorios de análisis clínicos de España.
Haciendo click en el siguiente enlace: Pacientes 1 a 6 se obtienen en formato PDF las analíticas de seis pacientes infectados por VIH que fueron tratados con esta terapia. En estos seis pacientes el objetivo era confirmar la negativización del VIH en la sangre tratada y comprobar la activación del sistema inmunitario.
En los pacientes 1 y 2 se realizaron análisis del antígeno VIH antes de la aplicación de la terapia y en la zona tratada. Las dos analíticas confirmaron la negativización del antígeno en la sangre tratada.
Al paciente 3 se le aplicó la terapia durante tres días. Para comprobar si se producía una respuesta inmunitaria se realizaron análisis de interleucina-2 (IL-2) antes y después de la aplicación de la terapia. Antes del tratamiento el valor de IL-2 era de 13% y después del tercer día se incrementó hasta el 22,3%, indicando una importante respuesta inmunitaria.
En estos tres primeros pacientes las analíticas confirmaron que no se produjo ningún efecto secundario negativo.
Antes de la aplicación de la terapia se realizó un análisis de sangre al paciente 4. Tras la aplicación de la terapia durante quince días a razón de 45 minutos diarios se le realizó un segundo análisis que confirmó la negativización del antígeno HIV y un incremento de IL-2 desde el 4,5% hasta el 17,7%, confirmándose igualmente una gran respuesta inmunitaria.
Antes de aplicar la terapia al paciente 5 se le realizó un análisis de sangre. Tras la aplicación de la terapia durante trece días a razón de 45 minutos diarios se le realizó un segundo análisis que confirmó la negativización del antígeno HIV y un incremento de IL-2 desde el 5,6% hasta el 15,5%, confirmándose igualmente una gran respuesta inmunitaria.
Igualmente, antes de la aplicación de la terapia se realizó un análisis de sangre al paciente 6. Tras la aplicación de la terapia durante quince días a razón de 45 minutos diarios se le realizó un segundo análisis que confirmó la negativización del antígeno VIH y un incremento de IL-2 desde el 8,8% hasta el 10,6%, confirmándose igualmente una gran respuesta inmunitaria.
Haciendo click en este siguiente enlace: Pacientes 7 a 15 se obtienen en formato PDF las analíticas de nueve pacientes infectados por VIH que fueron tratados con esta terapia durante un promedio de 25 días a razón de 45 minutos diarios. En estos pacientes se realizaron hemogramas y análisis de inmunoglobulinas, así como estudios linfocitarios. Después de 25 días de tratamiento se confirmó que los linfocitos totales se incrementaron en un 35,05%, los CD4 se incrementaron en un 34,47% y los linfocitos B se incrementaron en un 61,60%. Estos resultados representan valores promedio de los nueve pacientes.
Como consecuencia de la desnaturalización del suero, dos años después de la aplicación de la terapia, se demostró mediante análisis de PCR-DNA para la detección del antígeno proviral en leucocitos, la inexistencia de la infección.

Analytical results
Below are the analytical results taken before, during and after the application of the aforementioned therapy. This analysis was carried out in laboratory of Drs. Montoro, one of the most important clinical laboratories in Spain
By clicking on the following link: Patients 1 to 6 you will be able to view pdfs of the analytical results of six HIV-infected patients who were treated with this therapy. In these six patients the aim was to confirm the negativization of HIV in the treated blood and check the immune system´s activation.
Before the therapy, HIV and antigen tests wre performed to patients 1 and 2 in the treated aera. Tests confirmed antigen negativization in the treated blood.
The therapy was applied to the patient 3 for three days. Tests of interleukin-2 (IL-2) were performed before and after the therapy to assess the immune response. Before treatment, the value of IL-2 was 13% and after the third day this had increased to 22.3%, indicating a significant immune response.
Analytical results of these first three patients confirmed that therapy did not produce any negative side effects.
A blood test was taken from patient 4 before therapy. After being treated for 45 minutes a day for two weeks, a second analysis was performed that confirmed the HIV antigen negativization and an increase of IL-2 from 4.5% to 17.7%, thus also confirming a major immune response.

By clicking on the following link: Patients 7 to 15 you will be able to view pdfs of the analytical results of nine HIV-infected patients who were treated with this therapy for an average of 25 days for 45 minutes a day. Hemograms, analysis of immunoglobulins and lymphocyte studies were carried out on these patients. After 25 days of treatment an increase of 35.05% of total lymphocytes was confirmed, along with an increase of 34.47% of CD4 and an increase of 61.60% of B lymphocytes. These results represent the average of the nine patients.
As a result of the serum denaturation, two years after the therapy proviral PCR-DNAanalysis in leukocytes demonstrated the absence of infection.
